Each item on your order will be charged and shipped out to you, as soon as it is available in our warehouse.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

There are two options open to you when choosing your shipping method.

The first is the Complete shipping option - where you wait for all your items to be available and they will then be shipped to you altogether in one delivery. This is the cheaper option, but may involve a slightly longer wait for your goods.

Alternatively you can choose the Immediate shipping option - which means you will be sent the items as soon as they become available and therefore they may arrive in more than one delivery. Although this is more expensive, you will not have to wait for products that are ready to be shipped if you have ordered one item that is currently out of stock.

Products will be dispatched with free delivery, for orders over £20, via standard 2nd class UK mail. We would advise that packages sent by this method are usually received within two to five working days from dispatch.

This method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you. Orders placed by this method should reach you on the following working day, though there may be delays. We will endeavor to ensure that goods leave our post room on the day the order is received, providing the item is in stock or on the same day the goods reach us from our suppliers. However, goods dispatched after 3pm may not be collected until the following day. Please note that goods dispatched on a Friday will normally be delivered on the following Monday. Goods dispatched on Saturday or Sunday will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders sent via this method may require a signature upon receipt. The cost of this service is dependant on weight with a minimum £4 charge.

You will be charged a shipping cost on your order. Upon entering the shipping country, deliveries will enter the postal system of the country concerned. It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within seven to 14 days of dispatch for European destinations, and within 12 to 24 days of dispatch for the rest of the world.

UK deliveries

Orders placed via Standard Delivery will be shipped to you postage free as long as the products ordered can be shipped together and have a value of £20 or above.

Delivery of items below £20 is as follows:

·  First class - £2.50 for the first item, then 50p per additional item

·  Second class - £1.50 for the first item, then 50p per additional item

·  Courier delivery of goods under £20 has a minimum charge of £4
